Protected by FENSA? FORGET IT!

Maybe you’ve already been to the EAS website? You know, the one  that wants you to “love coming home!!” (absolutely the last thing I wanted to do for months and months in the aftermath of the havoc created by EAS). You’ve probably seen that EAS is registered with FENSA–and the EAS website claims that this gives “an assurance of quality and total protection for all our customers”.

It’s NONSENSE!!! Just look at what the FENSA website actually says about itself:  “FENSA can only deal with complaints regarding non compliance with the Building Regulations and providing the installation company is FENSA registered”. So no protection and assurance for me–and almost certainly none for you (unless the problem issue is covered by building regulations)!
